Well presented property, had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We were surprised by the flowers, drinks and fruit left for us to enjoy. Air-conditioning was a comfort at night. Beds were comfortable. Being able to leave the one set of keys at the 24/7 restaurant, allowing the keys available for the other family with us.

− Having to pay full price when we were unaware of scheduled maintenance on the facade of front of apartment building, sanding and painting of the hallway and stairwell to our apartment door . I didn’t pay good money to holiday with construction work outside my door. I was contacted the day prior being told works being completed in apartment entrance. Contractor noise in the morning and throughout the day was loud and distrustful. Dust on skin and clothing when walking through the stairwell. Dust in apartment. I have allergies to dust and there being so much I ended up on steroids and asthma puffer. I came back to Australia sick. Having to ask contractors to stop work, step over tools or wait for them to be moved. Having to listen to cranky contractors because they have to stop work to let us pass or move equipment.

La propiedad era realmente muy amplia súper cómoda para que una familia grande de siete pueda estar de forma independiente, conviviendo. Estaba estado muy bien equipado en términos generales, por ejemplo la cocina. Ricky no se había dejado varias cosas extras entre ellas una Zona de juguetes que mi hijo de tres años adoro! Además, de fruta y bebidas de cortesía. El departamento está dividido en diferentes pisos, por lo cual personas con accesibilidad reducida pueden verlo como un impedimento, pero si este no es el problema, realmente lo recomendamos porque es precioso y muy bien ubicado a unos 10 15 minutos caminando de las estaciones de metro con buenas combinaciones. La zona es espectacular y tiene supermercados muy cerca. Realmente fue un tiempo hermoso compartido en familia. Muchas gracias.

− En ese momento estaban haciendo refacciones en los pisos inferiores, lo cual conllevaba a que hubiera mucho polvo, y no sacarme las zapatillas, han ingresar al alojamiento. Tenemos que toda mejora luego se disfruta y se ve que va a quedar muy bueno.

Our host, Ricky, cancelled the apartment we had booked and paid for at the very last minute—the evening before our arrival—due to electrical issues, but offered us alternative accommodation in Bayswater/Queensway on the same terms. I felt uneasy about this, as there are many scammers online, and such a last-minute cancellation doesn't exactly inspire confidence. However, I was proven wrong: the apartment offered was in a fantastic location—right near three Tube stations and surrounded by restaurants and shops, yet situated in a quiet spot. Check-in went smoothly, following the instructions provided shortly beforehand; many thanks for allowing us to check in early at 1:00 PM. The building itself had a working elevator. Ricky was a perfect host—attentive without being intrusive. We were happy to observe the house rules and treated the amenities and neighbors with the same care we would our own property. Everything was provided, much like in a high-end hotel: toilet paper, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, kitchen cleaning supplies, two well-stocked fridges (with Prosecco and drinking water), a huge fruit bowl, coffee, and basic staples (though we didn't cook), plus a hairdryer and a floor fan for each double bedroom, and two additional fans in the living area. I would highly recommend renting any of the Airbnbs offered by Ricky & Giustina without hesitation. 10 out of 10 stars—many thanks again for the hospitality; we would love to come back.

Gran esfuerzo por parte del anfitrión por mitigar el efecto de una ola de calor inusitada en Londres por medio de aires acondicionados portátiles que funcionaban regular y varios ventiladores, además de varias botellas de agua fría y fruta.

− La comunicación con el alojamiento no ha sido muy fluida y la ubicación del sitio no es la que viene en el anuncio ni la que te indican una vez hecha la reserva, estamos hablando de kilómetro y medio de distancia y unos 20 minutos andando de diferencia. Deben de tener varios apartamentos y cuando reservas no sabes exactamente cuál has reservado, aunque creas que sí porque te ponen fotos de varios y te ubican luego donde les interese.
