We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is great, with the Mile End metro station just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was especially well equipped, with all the essentials for preparing meals. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

− The only minor issue was the apartment door, which uses a somewhat unusual locking mechanism. A brief explanation in advance would have been helpful, as it works differently from what most people are used to. Some of the window handles were either missing or a bit loose, although the windows could still be opened without any problems. The TV reception was also not always reliable, but this didn't affect our stay since we didn't use the television. Overall, these were only small issues and did not take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Nice place, nice location, clean. Very detailed info provided by owners. Good value for money. Recommended.

− The shower. It's annoying, the hose is too short, and the shower head is too low and not pleasant either. Easy to fix though. And, though not really attributable to the apartment, the place (and the whole city during my stay in July to be honest) was too hot. I'd recommend providing a portable AC unit to future guests during heat waves.

− Didn’t like arrangements for picking up keys x Also flat has a few issues like no handles on bedroom window, front door very hard to lock/unlock and bathroom door is horrendously stiff and squeaky!! Needs a little bit of extra tlc x

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is clean and fitted with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great next to the park and also near University of Glasgow. Host communicated in a timely manner and were very kind.

− The house number was hard to find from the street. Perhaps it could be posted someplace more visible. In the bathrooms it would be nice to have a couple hooks perhaps to hang towels. Wasn't sure if the washer was also a dryer.
