7.0The location was fantastic: very convenient to public transport, great cafes and restaurants, with a Sainsbury's & a Tesco nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful, access was very easy.
− We were not comfortable. The master bedroom was like an oven, even with every heater turned off our whole stay and a window open. The fans are not high enough to move air across the bed. The bed itself had a thin mattress, maybe 15cm. It would've actually been comfy except there's a huge ridge down the middle of the bed which means you have to sleep right on the edge and not move at all. It's just too thin for a thick slat base. Also the shower head in the ensuite is very low, it was at my husband's chest height, and the water alternates spurts of hot and cold instead of mixing them. The apartment is also very run down compared to pictures. Kitchen cupboards falling off hinges and black mould in the bathrooms.

10.0Comfortable and welcoming, fully appointed kitchen with pots, pans, plenty of crockery, clean bathrooms, great location for theatre & galleries, restaurants, grocery shops and tube all within walking distance. Linens and towels pristine. EXCELLENT communication with host. Clear video for accessing property.

10.0The main area and kitchen have high, inviting ceilings, and the house is clean and has all the necessary appliances. It is a great unit for a large group or family.
− The unit has many, very small steps and may be problematic for those who cannot climb stairs, and it may also be difficult to lift and lower so many items, especially heavy and large items. There is no shower downstairs.

− The rooms towards Hollandroad were quite noisy at night and the closest subwaystation unfortunately closed.

10.0Very comfortable beds and quality linens. Spacious enough for large group of people. Close to several bus lines and tube stations for easy transport into tourist London.
