− For the first floor there is no railing to the staircase as it caused a problem to disabled.

− Could use maybe a small folding table, not much counter space in the kitchenette, and it could use either a ceiling fan or desk fan

7.0The property was clean and tidy. There were refreshments available, beds were comfortable.
− The kettle was possessed as would randomly switch itself on during the night.

3.0Location good for Crystal Palace Park - close to train station and bus connections
− Bed was a very small double and very uncomfortable. Toilet seat was about to fall off. Hottest night ever - no fan, could only crack the window an inch and the blind wouldn't stay up so we had to use the bin to keep the blind from falling down. Shower was acceptable. Nice to have some single use milk in the fridge. TV was fairly pointless - got one channel and that was glitchy. Door felt a bit flimsy too, should anybody have tried it in the night...

2.0− The room had been double booked and we were not informed at all. When we arrived at the property, the rooms were so hot that it was impossible to stay in them for more than a few minutes. The windows and blinds had clearly been left open all day on one of the hottest days of the year even though the room was sun-facing, and due to this the room felt twice as hot as just being outside in the sun. Somehow the corridor and stairs in the building were a bearable temperature so you would have been better sleeping in the hallway.
