10.0Berliner Altbau mit Charme
Alles in Ordnung.
6.0Die Kommunikation war gut und unkompliziert.
− Kein Aufzug im Treppenhaus, mit Kinderwagen etwas schwierig, aber das ist nun mal ein altes Gebäude.
Nicht zu empfehlen.
4.0Die Wohnung ist groß.
− In einem alten, heruntergekommenen Hinterhaus gelegen. Leider stinkt die Wohnung und auch das gesamte Treppenhaus, es ist alles ziemlich alt und improvisiert. Man muss jetzt neuerdings mit einer App einchecken, die aber nicht immer funktioniert. Zum Glück können sie die Türen im Notfall auch aus der Ferne öffnen, dafür muss man aber anrufen. Das alles in einem dunklen Treppenhaus, die Lichtschalter sind nicht zu finden.

6.0− El radiador de un cuarto no calentaba, cuando avisamos no tuvieron ni la intención de solucionarlo. Nos dijeron que ya alguien se pondría en contacto con nosotros y no sucedió. Perdía el caño del baño y tampoco lo arreglaron. El baño es muy pequeño. Las fotos están desactualizadas. Se muestra el alojamiento y ya está más viejo. Ahh y la entrada al edificio deja mucho que desear. Llegamos a la noche y pensamos que estaba abandonado o estabamos confundidos.
