Locatie: dichtbij metro, fijne buurt. Ruim appartement (en heerlijk koel, tijdens de hitte eind juni, ik denk dankzij de dikke muren?)

− Wc lekt, het lijkt de aanvoer te zijn, dus schoon water, maar nattigheid rondom een toilet is nooit fijn/schoon. Iets meer glazen zou prettig zijn, er zijn wel voldoende theeglazen, dus geen probleem. Verder was wat ons betreft alles aanwezig en in orde, hoe je mag verwachten bij een 3sterrenappartement.

The overall apartment was clean and location is good it just needs improvements. For the amount charging to stay I think it deserves it. Location is good.

− It’s the not the review I would like to be given but if it helps future guests & the host to improve the apartment then I hope this review helps. The location and the direction of this apartment is very poor and unclear, the instructions need to be more clearer and explained better. (we missed our booking because of this) The host was very helpful with the directions but it was difficult to understand and find. The location is good though, lots going on around it. The apartment looks nothing like the photos, it’s completely misleading and disappointing. The photos need to be updated. Half of the furniture in the photos aren’t in the apartment. Needs more furniture to fill the rooms & it looks very empty. The bedrooms were okay and the beds were comfortable, new bedding would be recommended as we notice some of the pillow were stained and discoloured, which was disgusting. The mirror situation NEEDS be to sorted, one bedroom mirror and a bathroom mirror is not enough for an apartment of that size. We were a party of 6 and getting ready in the morning was a nightmare. 6 people using one bedroom mirror (behide a door with no lighting) while we waited for the bathroom mirror to be un steamed. The bathroom is nothing like the photos, it’s a downgrade from them as it’s now an old shower head & a plastic shower curtain. I really doubt the shower curtain is being cleaned. The water from the shower floods the floor every time (which is dangerous for guests, I’m actually 7 months pregnant and slipped twice) We weren’t expecting room service but more clean towels would of be nice as we were there for three nights using the same towels. Some of the plug sockets didn’t work. I would say this apartment would be good for a group of men or people who just want a place to stay and not planning to stay in the place for long.

L' emplacement dans un quartier vivant proche de tout transport. Rez de chaussée sur rue calme

− Accès a l'appartement mal expliqué au départ car boîte à clé remplacée par serrure électronique et infos non concordantes . Beaucoup de temps perdu pour entrer dans les lieux. Vaisselle et équipement limité. Bouilloire dégoûtante. Pas de machine a café mais hôte réactif qui l'a apporté le lendemain. Seulement 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 5 jours a 5 personnes ... 3e chambre un peu limite , pauvrement meublée avec une seule prise de courant.

Le logement est spacieux, le calme, l'emplacement dans la ville (transports et commerces à proximité).

− La literie n'était pas confortable (manque de lattes sur les sommiers). Le logement manque de cachet et de chaleur (pas assez de lumière). La connexion est en 3G donc très faible. Le lave-vaisselle disfonctionnait pendant notre séjour (lavage à l'eau froide). Plusieurs prises ne fonctionnaient pas (salle de bain, salon). Et attention, il y a trois chambres et trois lits grands doubles 160x200 (deux matelas séparables), mais le canapé lit n'est pas un canapé lit à proprement parlé mais plutôt une simple banquette (où il manquait une latte).
