Elevator and 2 portable ACs are available. Bath mat can be requested. Extra towels are available. Shower gel and shampoo are available when we got there.

− Check-in was stressful, especially during a heatwave. We updated them 30 minutes before arrival as requested but still had to wait. We also saw a lot of guests experience the same during our stay. The listed address is a store, not the property. Kensington Olympia is the nearest station, but frequent delays and limited connections made travel inconvenient. Other stations were a 10–20 minute walk away. The property had only one fan, and the portable AC units were dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The light switches were poorly placed. We reported a leaking kitchen sink pipe, which was repaired after they requested permission to enter. There was an incident in a neighboring apartment where a pipe or drainage issue caused flooding and triggered the fire alarm. They refused to provide kitchen rolls. We were given only 2 toilet rolls for our 10-day stay with 5 people and told to request more when needed, but despite informing them, none was delivered. Our biggest concern was our portable bidet missing. Someone entered the apartment without notice, permission, or scheduled maintenance. No one could explain what happened. After repeated follow-ups, it was returned the next day. This privacy and security breach occurred on our 3rd day and led us to keep our valuables locked in our luggage for the rest of the stay. No vacuum available, only brush and dustpan. A day before our checkout, the cooker was replaced, again without notice, and leaving only 1 compatible pan. After all the privacy breaches, they still failed to collect the trash, so we had to leave it outside the door ourselves. The bin they claimed was available on each floor could not be found. For the price, we expected a much safer and better management. Overall, the stay was stressful due to poor communication, cleanliness, privacy and security concerns. Unfortunately, we have no photos because we wanted to leave the property as soon as possible.

Don't believe a word the management tells or promise you, they are liars who grossly underdeliver.

With 10mins prior notice of arrival, someone actually comes to show me the apartment and give us the keys. Nice location - 12 min walk from underground yet very quiet.

− This is my first and hopefully my last bad review ever after hundreds of rentals from booking.com because I don't like being lied to and cheated by the management of the property. First, they assured me that there are two air-conditioners in each apartment so I would rent the apartment as my daughter suffers badly from eczema in the heat. There was only one when checked in, they immediately apologize and assure me another one will be delivered soon and emailed later that it has been delivered. All lies. Then promise me they will move one from the other apartment if it is not rented out the next day. Then they told me all apartments were rented out but in fact the apartment next door was empty (I have checked). Also, the apartment has no water supply for half the day and again they kept saying they will sort it out very soon. Water did not come back on till the evening. So they are great talker/liar/cheater without any action. Just want to flock you off. Finally, with all that happened and millions of apologies latter, they refused my request of an hour later check out. They said they have a strict check-out policy that they won't break for any reasons, so the flat will be ready for next renter, if any. They only have a few flats in the building and only one lady doing the cleaning, they could easily arrange the lady to clean the other flats first so that it will be easier for me with an extra hour there. They just can't be bothered. Again, this shows they will say anything to get you book the apartment and never deliver on anything they say they will do.
