Its a complete scam, dont book, there’s loads on booking dot com now. Absolutely unacceptable from such a platform.

Close to the Woolwich station, The 2nd apartment in Devereaux House we had to move to was much nicer than the one in Judde House. It had beautiful views of the Thames and was in much better condition. Sadly we only had 1 night there Daniel, our contact at Travelhyde, was very quick to reply to all my messages The beds were comfortable and the water pressure good.

− The managing agent told me we had no booking in spite of having both a confirmation from Booking.com and Travelhyde. We had to wait at Woolwich station in the dark and the rain until 6.00pm to get details of where we were to stay and the lift access code. There were no key or fob at the apartment, we had to wait until 12pm for keys to be delivered. The apartment as very dirty, the beds were made and clean towels but nothing else. Hair and dust on the bathroom floor, food baked onto the induction cooktop., water all over the floor from the freezer, food scraps in the fridge and vegetable crisper and the recycle bins. Dirty carpets, dirty floors, black mould in the washing machine dispenser, curtains hanging off the tracks. We paid a 90 pound cleaning fee which I asked to be refunded but I have received no reply. We paid a 200 pound damages security bond which is a joke. There was so much damage I strongly suggest you take photos of it all and send them to Travelhyde. Our damages deposit was repaid.

15. Stock, was möchte man mehr! Alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt um zu kochen, sich wohl zu fühlen etc

− Bis wir gefunden haben, wo sich der Sicherheitskasten für den Strom in der Küche befindet, mussten wir den Gastgeber kontaktieren. Die Betten waren uns zu weich. Bei dem Preis selber den Müll zu entsorgen finde ich unpassend

Great peaceful location, great apartment in an up and coming part of London.

There was no breakfast as part of the deal but there was a local street market very close where we had a great breakfast.

− The door code/key handover could of gone a bit smoother.

Aangenaam appartement dicht bij openbaar vervoer naar londen

− Appartement is mooi maar aan vernieuwing toe. We waren met 4 volwassen personen maar hadden heel weinig tafelbenodigdheden (slechts 1 wijnglas, 2 champagneglazen, …) Terrasmeubilair zou aangenaam zijn
