Disappointing. Especially the non-existing host.
3.0The location.
− Zero communication from the host. This is extremely crucial, especially when there are so many problems with the venue. No lights working in the lounge. Cockroaches in the bathroom. No cleaning service provided mid-stay as advertised. Toilet needs to be repaired - was dripping/running throughout the stay. Only one access card for two guests. Insufficient cutlery.

− -Sotto la struttura è pieno di ristoranti e bar fino a notte tardi, rendendo difficile dormire di notte, meglio prepararsi con dei tappi per le orecchie. - Presenza di scarafaggi soprattutto di notte in zona bagno e soggiorno. - Forno non funzionante - Bisogna aggiornare le foto dell’appartamento che non sono attuali. - Poca luce nel soggiorno di notte, bisogna tenere le tende delle finestre aperte per vedere meglio. -Assistenza clienti inesistente.
