Beautiful spacious apartment ..comfortable and well equipped..excellent location ..aircon was very much appreciated in the high temperatures

− Shower needs a little attention but we were told was due to be upgraded Some noise from upstairs

El apartamento era muy grande y espacioso, las habitaciones muy bonitas con camas muy cómodas, lo que sí nos dimos cuenta allí es que no eran tres cuartos de baño, sino 2 y un aseo (le faltaba la ducha). El patio interior se agradece y las ventanas abatibles también porque al estar rodeado de bares no apetece abrir del todo las ventanas porque te ven desde la calle.

− Lo que no nos gustó mucho fueron las escaleras al subir por el portal, aunque es un primero no tiene ascensor y las escaleras son viejas y a mis padres que son mayores les costaba bajarlas.

All in all, we would stay here again even with the minor inconveniences. The host was exceptional.

The place is very large. Very comfortable for a family of 7. Convenient to local attractions and restaurants. If you are coming to Lisbon, you will not be disappointed with this place.

− The sink in one the bathrooms was very slow to drain. In the same bathroom, you had to watch how you showered because you would flood the floor. The furniture (couch) could be updated in the living room.

הדירה ממוקדמת במרכז העיר העתיקה בראש גבעה. מרחק דקות הליכה מכל אטרקציה או כיכר, מסביב שפע של מסעדות וברים. הדירה משופצת, עם מטבח מאובזר. יש סלון ופינת אוכל רחבים.

− ישנן בדירה 3 לילות. הדירה ממוקדת בראש גבעה מה שמעיד כי כל סיור יתחיל בירידה אך כל חזרה לדירה מדובר בעליה ארוכה. (יקשה על גיל הזהב) הבניין ישן. אין מעלית ולתשומת הלב המדרגות עקומות התשתיות של מהבנה ישנים, לעיתים יש סתימות בכיורים במקלחת . המזרונים מאוד רכים, קיבלנן רק סט אחד של מגבות (שהן עצמן ישנות, ובלויות. היו בהן חורים) קיבלנו רק שפמו וסבון גוף ליום אחד. הריהוט בדירה יפה אך בלוי ופחות נוח אי אפשר לנעול את הדלתות של החדרים בדירה למחיר ששלמנו ציפינו ליותר מרק אסטתתיקה. לבסוף, חשוב לעשות תיאום מול הבעלים שמקרה ובמידה ומישהו מהצוות רוצה לבכנס לדירה הדבר צריך להיות בתיאום מראש או התרעה - היה מקרה שלאחר סיור לילה כולנו ישנו צהריים ודווקא אז נשמעו דפיקות רמות בדלת. ולאחר שלא ענינו כי כלנו הינו במיטות ישנים. שמענו את הדלת נפתחת !! רק לאחר מכן קפצנו מהמיטות כדי לגלות שבעל המבית הביא שיפוצניק לעשות מדידות. רעש ולהפריע למנוחה.- ממתי מכניסים שיפוצניקים לדירה בה נעשה שימוש על ידי אורחים ללא התראה אם הדבר היה נעשה בתיאום או בהתראה אי הניעמות היתה יכולה להימנע. הדבר גם אעלה מחשבה אם לא הינו בדירה באותה הזמן, באם גם אז נכנסים לדירה אנשים זרים כשכל החפצים שלנו פרוסים לכל?

Vaste appartement très confortable et très bien situé dans Chiado. L’accueil par les hôtes pour la remise des clés. Petite épicerie de quartier à quelques pas. Je recommande!

− Rien
