− Pas très bien isolé on entend beaucoup les voisins du haut. Presque voir pas du tout d’eau chaude. Il y en a le matin vers 9/10h mais le soir en fin de journée non. L’eau chaude reste 2/3min donc très rapide

7.0− First, it says that check-in is independent, but in fact, you have to pick up the keys in one place and then drive to the other end of the island to the apartment. And you only find this out after paying in full. The apartment itself is very dark on the first floor, you can hear everything that is happening on the street, as if people are walking right in the apartment. The apartment has a coffee machine and a kettle, but there are not tea bags or a couple of coffee capsules. Which is strange, because when I check in for 1-2 nights, I don't bring tea and coffee with me, and buying a whole pack and leaving it behind is also a bad idea. The whole apartment is full of gnats. There is no stable hot water in the shower, so be prepared for a contrast shower. In general, the price of up to 175 euros per night is clearly not for these apartments.

8.0Estadia maravilhosa. Apartamento com o essencial para uma estadia de 3 noites. Localização perfeita, no centro da cidade, perto de cafés, restaurantes, bares e atrações turísticas. Recomendo

10.0El departamento es precioso, cómodo, limpio. Cerca de la estación fluvial San Samuele, de manera tal que se facilita el desplazamiento con valijas. La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación es silenciosa para descansar. En pocos pasos está todo el movimiento y la belleza de Venecia.
− Cuando se viaja desde otros lugares no hay tiempos para leer demasiadas instrucciones. Se suele poner la dirección y nos ubicamos a través del dispositivo electrónico. Nos costó encontrar la dirección porque el departamento está ubicado en la esquina de Dei Orbi y Dei Tedeschi. La puerta, sobre la segunda. Dudamos en poner la llave en la casa equivocada. Esto figuraba en un PDF que no leí.
