Excellent location but mind the reviews.
8.0The location was excellent. We were a short walk to San Marco and the vaporetto. The terrace over the canal next to us was very lovely and we enjoyed watching the gondolas at night.
− The kitchenette was a big small and stocked modestly if we would have planned to cook our own food. The AC struggled in the extreme heat. The staircase to the second floor is without a railing and unsafe.

8.0The place is nice and you can see some gondolas and hear the gondoliers singing. Clean place with sufficient amenities. The owner/manager was super nice and handled our trash himself because it was a sunday and there are no trash pick ups on Sunday. 10-15 minute walk from the ferry station
− No elevator. No stringers (protection) around the stairs within the accommodation, dangerous for small kids.
