8.013 percre volt a buszvégállomástól, 17 percre a Rialtohoz, onnan még kb 10 percre a Sz Márk térhez. Jó helyen volt. Két hálószoba 4-4 fekhellyel, két fürdőszoba kis konyharésszel két éjszakára teljesen rendben volt. A légkondi jól működött. Mivel földszinti apartman, sikátorból nyílik a bejárat és az ablakok is, így nagy melegben is hűvösebb volt. Jó állapotú ágynemű, törölközők voltak. Az elutazás napján kaptunk lehetőséget a csomagokat 10 óra után letenni a recepción és bármikor értük menni aznap.
− Nem volt konyharuha, felmosó mop. A fürdőszoba igen elhasznált, helyenként rozsdás volt. Az egyik zuhanyzó nejlonnal volt megkötve, mert folyt a víz sok helyen. Az egyik WC ülése táncolt a porcelánon. A fürdőszobákban kevés pakolóhely volt. Az egyik éjjelilámpa nem működött. Az ágytakaró foltos, koszos volt.

− Muy sucio. Sabanas sucias y manchadas. Toda la topa de cama estaba sucia.

10.0Son dos habitaciones y dos baños que para un grupo grande fue perfecto!! Tiene todo lo necesario y la chica fue muy amable
− Quizá la ubicación si está un poco lejos y caminas media hora a los sitios, pero por el precio pagado está ok Por favor cambiar el váter del segundo baño, es lo único

− Do not stay here. The property has several facilities issues and cleanliness. : The doors to the rooms and bathrooms are broken and do not lock. Active bugs in the apartment and dirty sheets with red spots. Broken shower hose spraying water everywhere, broken toilet seat, and detached towel hanger. The host promised a plumber and housekeeping but lied and never sent anyone. Dealing with this in a foreign country was a nightmare."
