− -Un peu cher, mais bon, c'est venise. -Il manque des chaises et une table sur la terrasse, apero ok mais pas de repas possible -Réservé aux personnes mobiles, 2e etage sans ascenceur -on ne peut pas laisser les bagages le dernier jour, pas de consigne

4.0Die Lage ist zentral, es gibt eine Dachterrasse, die Räume sind groß und gut aufgeteilt
− Es gibt keine Dusche, der Wasserdruck in der Badewanne ist kaum vorhanden. Der Boden im Badezimmer ist sehr beschädigt und der große Spiegel hinter der Wanne wurde schon sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Wenn 5 Personen das Appartement nutzen, gibt es nicht genug Warmwasser für alle. Die Matratzen sind sehr unbequem, mehr als 2 Nächte, würde mein Rücken nicht schaffen.
Хорошо почистить посуду, особенно кружки. Они были грязные пить из них было неприятно.

− Лестница в квартиру действительно может оказаться проблемой, но не для нас.

9.0Quiet place in the middle of the center. Lots of cafes and shops in 100 meters radius. Round 10 minutes walk to Realto Bridge. Very nice terrace with roofs overview and a table and chairs for meditations.

10.0The appartment is great - roomy, well equipped, baroque - and in a good location. I had read some comments about the place being in a not-so-good condition. Nah, not true. Well maintained, super clean. Is it brand new? No, there are scratches here and there. But it's in far better condition than any of our homes, and than most hotels. Go there, you'll remember the place.
