The property is in a good location for transport, the property is nice but needs more cleaning.

− Small things like some mould in the shower could be cleaned. No toilet paper upon arrival.

Apartment was lovely and well located - but unbearable drilling and major construction work right o/s bedroom window took away any relaxation.

− Major construction work literally outside the shutters of the bedroom. Pneumatic drills started from 07:30 hours and construction continued whole time we were there. Couldn't lie in or relax and work in apartment during the day. Tried to get sleep in second twin room but barrows of rubble were being tipped into canal boats o/s that window. Only rest bite was a rainy day and workers huddled in vans.

Nice apartment for families.

The apartment was nice and big for a family. It was comfortable and clean. Not too far (or many stairs from the train station). Wonderful restaurant near by.

− It was away from most things but in a quiet area.

Highly recommend this place! Very good location (close to the bus and train station), the owners are very nice and helpful (we got great sightseeing tips and a map with an explanation of the city), and the apartment is also very well equipped (large, friendly living room, two separate bedrooms, towels provided in the bathroom, soaps and a hair dryer, and the kitchen is fully equipped - kettle, microwave, toaster, etc.) If I had to visit Venice again, I would choose this place again!

Very friendly host. She contacted me before I reached Venice. She was very helpful with a map and explained about the location around Venice which help us a lot in planning our trip around Venice.
