9.0It was like home away from home. Very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was a blessing. It is situated in a beautifully quiet area, but within walking distance to everything. The hostess was very friendly and provided good advice and suggestions. The water taxi was very close by, which was very convenient. Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

La mejor ubicación para ver todos los barrios de Venecia y sus islas
8.0Ubicación inmejorable, con la parada de vaporetto Fondamente Nove al lado que tiene enlace directo al aeropuerto Marco Polo, las líneas que van a Murano y Burano, y las principales líneas que llevan a todos los barrios de la ciudad. Además la mayoría de los monumentos y puntos más turísticos se encuentrana 15min caminando, y otras zonas menos visitadas también a distancia asequible. La zona en la que se encuentra el apartamento es muy tranquila, tiene un supermercado Coop a 5min y varios restaurantes buenos cerca de la Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía casi todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Solo echamos en falta un microondas, pero tenía de todo. La propietaria estuvo super atenta de cualquier inconveniente que pudiéramos tener.
− Algo caro para lo que es, se paga por la excelente ubicación, céntrico pero tranquilo. El gran inconveniente es que tiene encima otro alojamiento turístico, uno de gran capacidad, que atrae a un tipo de turistas más jóvenes que viajan en grupo. La mitad de los días estuvimos muy tranquilos, pero el resto no pudimos dormir hasta la 1:00 por el ruido que hacía un grupo de 6 chicas. Eso depende totalmente de la suerte que tengas.
