4.0Lovely flat closw the the stations. The host helped us also quite late in the evening.
− The wifi doesn't work, also the air condition didn't have a cooler function only ventillator function.

− Place needs update, the AC don't work. The remote control had no batteries, the toilet seat is twisted. The night lights lamps had dust like nobody have clean the place for a while. The unit is on the second floor meaning we had to go up but we didnt mind thinking we were going to find a nice place to rest. I am posting this as wake up call to the Company owners because it looks like somebody is taking advantage of the location that's the only thing good here.
Accessible place to stay
6.0Short walk from the train station with only a few bridges to cross. Plenty of restaurants nearby which are reasonably priced. Beds OK.
− Pretty tired facilities with ordinary furnishings in need of an update. Airconditioning didn't seem to work. Kitchen tired and the seating and table are ordinary. A few Euro spent on updating some of the fit out wouldn't go astray. None of this took away from a great stay in Venice.

− Équipement rudimentaire. Confort de base. Porte sous l'évier absente Prise de chevet dangereuses. Four et plaques ne fonctionnaient pas. Telerupteur au rez-de-chaussée ne fonctionne pas.
