− Keine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Zimmer war direkt über einer Bar. Sehr laut.

8.0very spaceous place with nice furniture! everything went very smoothely, the hosts were very nice. i had to work from home one of the days, that also went great. the internet connection was very good. there were all kinds of ammenities that we were free to use.
− the only problem was that there is a loud bar nearby and one could hear people talking loudly when they passed under our windows. i am aware that the host cannot change that, but it is definitely something to consider when booking
Absolutely beautiful. Florence is a lovely and walkable city. Highly recommend this place and our stay!
8.0Lovely place. Great location between train and duomo areas. It’s a quick walk from train station and rental cars. From there it’s a quick walk into the duomo area. Communication with staff in WhatsApp worked great. The place is a cool loft. Kitchen has coffee pot and a fridge and stove… very easy. If you sit out for dinner at one of the restaurants on backside of the building, it’s a cello concert with you meal.
− The stairs to the loft bedroom are steep with bathroom downstairs— but was fine if you’re careful.
