Awesome stay in two story apartment in charming neighborhood.
9.0Loved our stay here. Two story unit with bedrooms upstairs and spacious common area downstairs. Neighborhood was charming and walkable to all points of interest but not super crowded like staying in San Marco. Host was attentive and communicative via messaging.
− despite AC unit in hall, still a bit warm in the summer but we were ok with the fans provided in addition to the AC.

8.0Spacious apartment, well located right in the centre of Venice in atmospheric neighborhood. 2 good sized bedrooms with comfy beds. Good aircon upstairs. Owner very helpful and communicative

10.0The place was very clean and Marco, the host, was very friendly and tried to accommodate to our needs (I could come early to drop off our luggage), leave a bit later at the end of the stay. The flat is well equipped, practical and very well placed, 10 minutes from the train station, in a quiet street, and there is a little Conad supermarket very close. The area is really charming and was not overcrowded by tourists at all (mid of May), charming small campi some minutes' walk away, with cute restaurants and bars etc.
− As the streets are very narrow, the living room on the 1st floor is a bit dark, but this can be an advantage in hot summer days. It would be great to add some small bedside lamps.

Amazing central location in the heart of Venice all in 10 minutes walk of major attractions.
10.0Our host Marco provided instructions via WhatsApp with the keys to the apartment located in a key box at the main door which was super easy and stress free. We were able to drop our luggage inside the door whilst we went out to explore Venice.
