Overpriced, with terribly uncomfortable beds

Apartment is on a quiet location, by the canal, about 10 minutes walking to Piazza San Marco. (To get to other locations by vaporetto it necessary to walk to Piazza San Marco every time.) The apartment was very neat and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor, one room with a bathroom is on the upper ground floor, and two rooms with a bathroom are on the first floor. Above all, there is the roof terrace.

− We booked this apartment because we wanted a spacious and comfortable space with comfortable beds where we could rest and good sleep after a whole day of walking around hot Venice. Unfortunately, these were the most uncomfortable beds we've ever slept on, and we've traveled around the world and Europe. I think it is completely unacceptable to rent an apartment for that price with such a bad bed and other furniture. Not only were the mattresses uncomfortable but the beds were also substandard. The rooms are small so in two rooms the wardrobe could not be opened because of the bed. The wardrobe in the third room had a bad old smell. Wi-fi only works on the ground floor and the upper ground floor, while there is no signal on the first floor. The terrace could not be used because in addition to the summer heat there is an external air conditioning unit on it that blows out hot air. Until the beds, mattresses and wardrobes are completely replaced with new ones, this accommodation is unfortunately very overpriced. We also didn't like that the owner asked us to leave a rating of 10 on Booking.com. It's an uncomfortable situation we don't like to be in, especially when we pay for something at this price.

La casa é davvero molto bella e pulita. Non manca di niente. La posizione é centrale ma silenziosissima. Il terrazzo è meraviglioso e molto curato. Ci sono scale, sia per l'accesso in appartamento sia all'interno dello stesso ma credo che sia normale a Venezia . A noi non hanno dato alcun problema. La host Chiara puntuale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.
