Nice apartment in Cannaregio.

The location of this apartment is close to shops, restaurants and vaporetto stops, so convenient. Not in the center, so away from the noise and crowds. Francesca was very good at answering any questions we had and gave many suggestions, but the owner Anna, not so much.

− You should know that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. So if you have mobility issues, this is not for you! There are no air conditioning units in the bedrooms (though there were floor fans). Unfortunately we were there during the heat wave in Europe but were able to sleep well with the fans. The air conditioning is in the living room. It is not recent and even our host had to play with it to turn it on. Beds are very firm, so if you’re like me, it is a bit uncomfortable.

O apartamento é muito bonito, confortável, com uma vista muito bonita e a casa é bem limpinha. O Staff foi super atencioso e me ajudou com as perguntas da casa e sugestões do que fazer em Veneza. O bairro tem vários restaurantes e é bom para sair a noite.

Przepiękny stylowy apartament,ludzie pomocni pod klienta .

− Mniej chemicznych środków do sprzątania , wystarczą wrzątek wody ocet ,a nie chemia którą musimy wdychać i zjadać .Pościel i ręczniki nie powinny być białe ponieważ do prania wybielaczy używają a to jest złe dla zdrowia i środowiska,papier toaletowy nie powinien być biały tak samo wybarwiony chlorem Ręczniki kolorowe i pościel niech sobie będą poplamione ale bez chloru która dla zdrowia jest toksyczny Gwałtownie utlenia i uszkadza struktury komórkowe na ciele .

Despite impolite treatment of the "manager", a nice place to stay

Nice location, very spacious, kitchen provided with all you need, good bed, comfortable bathroom, huge living room. Only 10 minutes walking from Alilaguna and Vaporetto stop Madonna del Orto. Easy to reach by Alilaguna Orange Line from airport Marco Polo Just a small note for people with mobility issues: the apartment is at the top level (3rd) of a small palace. There is no elevator, so be prepared.

− Alas a lot of negative comment as well. When booking at website of Booking I was requested to pay the stay in apartment + 80,00eur for the cleaning, which I did for both. Also was mentioned I had to pay at the location for the tourist tax. Only a few hours before arriving I received a Whatsapp message from agency I had to pay cash for the tourist tax (correct) AND cleaning (which I already did). After long discussion with a very unfriendly and even impolite "manager" (who presumably thought I didn't understand Italian, but I do) they dropped the 80,00 eur until further notice. Never heard anything anymore from them. This smells a bit like a scam. An asset of this apartment is the small terrace. It would be a joy to sit there, but it was really dirty. Water pressure in bathroom was very poor, so showering was a bit of a disappointment. I must admit that after I complained about the weird noise of the boiler, they immediately send a very friendly plumber. Good points. Yet after one day problem was the same. For the price you pay, one would expect also some welcoming like a bottle of water in fridge or even a (small) bottle of wine (which was the case in so many venues I stayed). It gave me the feeling it was only about the money here, not about the client.

Outstanding location. Near excellent restaurants, cafe’s, pastry shops and bakers. It had fabulous facilities. The beds were comfortable and it was perfectly clean on arrival. The lady that greeted me to give me the keys to the apartment was very friendly and helpful; she even advised us on how to work the AC machine in the sitting room. Even though the apartment building is on a busy canal with many restaurants, we dis not hear any noise.

− The bedrooms would benefit from AC machines in them and the shower water pressure in the en-suite bathroom could be a bit stronger.
