8.0L’appartement est très agréable, bien équipé et le quartier est très accessible. Alessandro a été très disponible et fort sympathique.

5.0Lo que nos gustó del apartamento fue su ubicación. Está en un barrio residencial algo apartado de la zona turística de Venecia, pero es tranquilo y seguro. La única pega es que llegamos sobre las 22:00h y no había nada abierto para cenar.
− Solo estaba limpio lo que se veía a simple vista, se notaba que la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. El primer día tuvimos que quitar las telarañas que colgaban del techo para dormir más cómodos. Nos cobraron 30€ por hacer el check in a las 22:00h. La mayoría de los armarios estaban cerrados y había pocos accesorios en la cocina.

8.0Расположены апартаменты в тихом районе, где много деревьев (в 5 утра поют соловьи). Проживают местные жители. Мы посещали Biennale Arte’26. Очень близко и удобно заходить на выставку с бокового входа. Остановка вапоретто S.Elena в 3 минутах от дома. Близко до острова Лидо. Налево при выходе из подъезда, на углу соседнего дома, расположена маленькая продовольственная лавка. В апартаментах три изолированных комнаты, удобная кухня, санузел совместный, душевая кабина, горячая вода от газового нагревателя. Апартаменты в стиле home-stay (жильё с историей), т.е присутствуют вещи хозяев.
− В апартаментах нет стиральной машины, т.е она присутствует, но весит объявление чтобы её не включать. Нам она была не нужна. Утюг очень бы пригодился, но мы его не нашли. Гладильная доска была.
