6.0− No tuvimos agua caliente porque el anfitrión no nos explicó bien como se usaba. Cuando solicitamos asistencia no tuvimos respuesta. Además los controles del aire no tenían pilas, nos prometió que las iba a traer pero eso nunca sucedió.

Séjour agréable, notamment grâce à la clim qui a permis de dormir malgé la chaleur.
8.0Un garçon est venu nous ouvrir l'appartement et nous a remis les clés. On a trouvé un supermarché à quelques pas de l'appartement. Proche des stations de vaporetto Ospedale et San Zaccharia.
− Il a donné peu d'explication sur le fonctionnement de la clim. Les matelas ont sans doute déjà beaucoup servi.
