8.0Emplacement idéal dans un quartier à la fois central et calme, logement spacieux et confortable. Un hôte gentil et disponible. L’accès facile au grand canal et au vaporetto. Et Venise !

Loved the apartment and the area. Our host, Eugenio, is fantastic!
10.0Eugenio was a wonderful host! He met us the train station and we walked to the apartment. The apartment was fabulous and in a beautiful and quiet location. I would stay here again anytime!
− Some clothes washing facilities would be nice but this is NOT a show stopper!

Romantische Unterkunft in zentraler Lage
9.0Sehr schön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung auf zwei Etagen. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel, da die Straße so eng ist. In jedem Zimmer gab es Klimaanlage, was bei schwül warmen Wetter sehr komfortabel ist. Tolle ruhige Lage, in der Nähe sind mehrere Restaurants, Supermarkt, Gondelstation. Deshalb keine Gondel vorbuchen. In der schmalen Gasse gehen kaum Leute. Morgens zwischen 7.30 bis 8.00 hört man Schulkinder, die in der Gasse stehen und reden. Ansonsten absolut ruhig.
− Im Badezimmer neben dem Schlafzimmer hat es muffig , schimmelig gerochen. An der Decke war ein Wasserschaden, der zu Schimmel an der Wand geführt hat. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche waren auch schwarz. Die Abläufe der Waschbecken in beiden Badezimmern waren sehr verstopft. Das Wasser lief nicht ab.
