L'emplacement était génial, avec fruiterie et boulangerie à proximité. La quantité de lits était également appréciable.

− La communication avec la propriétaire avant notre arrivée a été fastidieuse. Elle n'était pas présente lors de notre arrivée et nous avons dû l'attendre 15-20 minutes pour pouvoir accéder à notre logement. Il manquait 1 serviette et des linges à vaisselle. Nous n'avons pas eu le code du wifi. Malgré que ce soit annoncé qu'il y avait une laveuse, celle-ci n'était pas disponible.

Grosse Wohnung mit 1 abschliessbaren und einem offenen Schlafzimmer. Direkt am Canalr Giudecca.

Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Susan, sie hiess uns vor Ort willkommen. Blick aus der Wohnung auf den Canale Giudecca, Vaporetto Station in 3 Min. Distanz. Die Giudecca ist ruhig und schön. Tipp: Bar Monica!

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and perfectly located just across the canal from Venice. Lots of restaurants nearby and a two minute walk to the Vaporetto stop. The views from the apartment are stunning and the decor was typically Italian and very comfortable.

− We spent every day getting up and going sightseeing because the apartment is perfectly situated. Unfortunately, on our last day we decided to go to the Lido and I left some items of jewellery in the apartment because I didn't want to wear it to the beach. However, when we got back in the afternoon, a necklace and gold earrings were missing, and these can only have been taken by someone who had a key to access the accommodation as the front door is very secure with a mortice deadlock. This is a very unfortunate episode which has obviously tarnished the stay at San Biagio and I am currently trying to sort it out via Booking.com as the host speaks very limited English. I will however not let this event ruin the time we spent in this beautiful apartment, and the fantastic five days we have spent in Venice.

El diseño del apartamento es magnífico, además las vistas al exterior son una invitación a disfrutar de la ciudad. Está muy cercano al muelle del vaporetto que te acerca a todos los puntos de la ciudad.

− La atención del personal y/o propietarios: * estando en el edificio, no nos abrieron a las 14 (horario.decheck in ofrecido y ACORDADO!!) y casi perdemos una excursiones * la persona que nos recibió nos cobró €24 diciendo que eran para un impuesto, exigiéndonos hacerlo en efectivo y, a pesar del reclamo, no nos han enviado ticket certificando ese pago. * no tuvimos Internet, la persona a cargo en Booking pretendía que fuese a buscar al jardinero. Hube de reclamar que se encargue él/ella. Nunca logramos el acceso al servicio ofrecido. La persona que nos abrió la puerta (Susan) sugirió que el propietario no había pagado la fibra * éramos 3 huéspedes y dejaron una sola toalla para el cuerpo, a pesar de los reclamos y las promesas NUNCA los trajeron * no retiraron la basura de la cocina que dejaron los huéspedes que previamente se hospedaron allí UNA PENA UN LUGAR TAN BELLO, TAN MAL ATENDIDO
