10.0房家離火車站很近，行李很多的人很適合這間，但是離主要熱鬧的地方有點距離，但走了第一天後就已經習慣了。

10.0Yhteydenpito oli helppoa ja kysymyksiin vastattiin ja puutteisiin reagoitiin nopeasti. Oli myös hyvät ohjeet saapumiseen ja vinkkejä mitä tehdä Venetsiassa. Asunto oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti oli mitä parhain. Maininnan arvoista on, että asuntoon kuulunut minkäänlaista ääntä kadulta ja sen sai aivan pimeäksi, mikä oli nukkumisen kannalta loistavaa.
− Ei mitään isoja juttuja, ehkä sisustuksessa voisi panostaa kattovalaisimiin hieman ja teflon pintaisia kattiloita ja paistinpannuja uusia. Viinilaseja voisi olla enemmän ja silityslauta olisi hyvä. Parin päivän vierailijat eivät varmasti tällaisia kaipaa mutta me olimme viikon niin sitten tällaisilla asioilla on jonkin verran merkitystä. Asunto sijaitsi ylimmässä kerroksessa mikä voi olla jollekulle ongelma, mutta tämä on ilmoitettu asunnon tiedoissa ja aiemmissa palautteissa, meitä se ei haitannut.

9.0Ubicación y equipamiento del departamento, muy silencioso y confortable.
− El departamento estaba en el 3er piso, si bien las escaleras son muy cómodas no deja de ser tedioso subir y bajar las valijas en el checkin y checkout. Si yo tuviera 10 años menos de edad no haría este comentario, obviamente...
