1.0Great location, beautiful city
− We couldnt check in at 3 as agreed. It was just after 5 when we got in. It was the following day (and only after begging) that we got a second key. The hall and kitchen smelled awful. We had to keep doors closed and windows open to stop smell spreading. We could not use kitchen at all. I contacted property they said smell would go ( it didnt), but did agree to my request of 2 hour later check out since checkin was delayed by 2 hours. The property was in quite bad repair - difficulty flushing 1 toilet, broken tiles, 2 windows that could not be opened, single beds were very uncomfortable, and needed an general maintenance.

− Tuvimos muchos problemas porque se rompió una bomba de agua y se llenó la planta baja de agua mal oliente. He de decir que el propietario nos buscó otro alojamiento a coste cero y por esa parte se portó muy bien al igual que el chico que se puso en contacto con él para comentarle como estaba la situación.

7.0Loved the location over looks a canal great to watch the gondolas go past. The size of the apartment is huge and has an outdoor terrace. The air-conditioning works really throughout.
− Unfortunately the apartment is old and really needs some attention, there's paint peeling, damp walls. The beds and pillows need replacing, not enough kitchenware for number of guests staying only 2 mugs and 1 wine glass. A small starter pack would have been great, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water. Dark smelly entrance and apartment on the top floor 3 levels with no lifts. Feel it's overpriced.
