7.0Quiet location right on a sleepy canal. Unit was spacious and clean for family of 6.
− It was a little difficult coordinating a meeting place with my host. Then, once we were inside the apartment, his card reader didn't work. Seceral declined credit cards, 30 minutes, and calls to my bank later, he realized the card reader was not online. Wifi was slow and intermittent.
Good location, comfortable flat, but trying without lifts.

− No lifts;( and we were charged extra for arriving after 8 pm, although it was due to traffic caused by an accident on the road.

− The property is very dated and not well maintained - with slow drains in the shower very weak water pressure in general the unit was poorly maintained and very basic - GREAT photographs to set your expectations for a grand disappointment. NO ELEVATOR so be prepared to climb 3 floor levels

10.0The property was so convenient, located so close to St Marks square but a little bit off the main path so it was quiet and peaceful. Very nice apartment with a view of the canal. They also gave us 2 keys which was great for our family of 5. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, very kind.
− I have no complaints. There were some stairs but this was not an issue for us. Very easy to get to the 3rd floor.

10.0The location is great! Just few meters to the main attractions. Overlooking the canal is very high plus point! You get to see people riding the gondola, passing by, while having your espresso. The apartments is clean.. Really nice! The provided us with complete amenities, theres pasta, theres, oil, salt, everything u need as a basic for cooking simple meal.
