Great appatement in an excellent location and quite spacious
8.0An appartement which is extremely well situated, not noisy and well equipped. The furniture is a bit old but it adds to the charm.
− The only downside is that the aeration isn’t great but that is to be expected for a traditional appartement in Venise. The cutlery isn’t the best.

2.0Great location, about the only good thing
− Horrible smell. We couldn’t get over it, we don’t think the place met the minimum standards for cleanliness. For starters, we when we arrived the towels were damp, when we advised the owner they told us to continue to let them hang and dry, even for budget accommodation, we didn’t think that was acceptable. The towels did not dry properly and carried an awful smell, so we had to buy some to use. The whole place just had a bad smell. We were planning on using the washing machine however when we arrived there was something washing in the machine, when it finished, it wouldn’t open. I asked the host twice how to use it, no reply both times. Host sent us a reminder message about paying city tax when we had already sent them a message saying we had put the money in the place they requested. This place does not meet hygienic standards. While we loved the convenience of the location and the price, next time we will spend just a little more to get a budget hotel and actually feel comfortable.

− Propreté à revoir, matelas à changer (mal de dos pendant tout le séjour), entretien du logement à revoir de manière générale (bcp de choses usés, cassées, bouchées, serviettes trempée a l'arrivée. Communication très succincte, peu de dialogue et d'échanges malgré les messages envoyés
