Fantastic accommodation in great location in Venice
10.0Great location and host, aircon worked great during warm weather and self contained.
− 3? flights of stairs to apartment, lift for luggage worked on arrival but not on departure.

9.0The apartment was lovely with a great view of the canal and park.it was exceptionally clean with comfy beds and excellent bathrooms.great location for getting around Venice easily.and the host was very helpful.
− I think the lounge area could have done with having another sofa even though there was only two of us ,after a long day walking round Venice we both felt like we could have done with something a bit more comfortable to stretch out on
We loved the location and it was easily to get to all parts of the city from our apartment.
9.0The apartment was clean and spacious. Great coffee was provided for the mornings. Our host was very helpful in giving us some tips on what to do and where to go. She was communicated often and clearly before our arrival.
− It would have been helpful if we could of used the elevator and washing machine without the host presence. It made for a more complicated departure that was early in the morning. Also, sheets needed to be replaced with new ones that were not balled up and worn out.

10.0The location is perfect!! We adored the area—it had lots of great restaurants and boutiques nearby, and it didn’t feel touristy. Even the little alleys were so cute, with lots of bridges. And it was a short walk to the touristy areas, especially Rialto Market and bridge. It was also clean and spacious, and we found the owner super helpful. She met us when our water taxi arrived, and she gave us helpful tips for places to visit and walks/neighborhoods to explore.
− Note that if you need an elevator, you might want to double check in advance that it’s working. I’m guessing it usually does operate, but it wasn’t working when we were there. That was no problem for us at all, but others may need an elevator.

10.0Appartement très confortable, très bien placé, au calme, l'ascenseur étant en panne, ses plus de 50 marches pour l'atteindre maintiennent en forme. Le must, c'est Chiara, hyperreactive et totalement charmante.
