A jewel box of an apartment that elevates your Venetian experience!
10.0This jewel box of an apartment oozes charm and encapsulates the magical aura of Venice. Beautifully decorated with curios and antiques by the owners, it has floor-to-ceiling arched windows that capture the vistas from the back canals of Castello. Gondolos glide by from day to night and after all that touring you've done, the magic still continues from within the apartment from the comfort of your bed or chair! The pictures in the listing are entirely accurate, and we spent many happy moments lounging in the apartment. When you eventually manage to leave it, being crowd averse, we're glad to report that it takes an easy 7-10 minutes via Google Maps through hidden alleys and passageways to reach shopping, F&B outlets and any of the major tourist attractions in Venice. It's so centrally located, we could leave at 830am and reach an almost empty San Marco Square or Doge's Palace by 840am. Essential conveniences like Baci Pasta (takeaway cheap eats), a small restaurant, and InCoop Supermarket on Calle Marcello are a literal 1-minute walk away. 5 minutes away too is the all important private boat dock from which you arrive at and depart from the apartment. It saved us tons of effort dragging our suitcases up and down quaint bridges and cobblestones. Stay here to soak up all the allure Venice has to offer.
− Lighting is on the dim side but it does provide that candlelight aura though. The toilet, too, is a bit cramped but we managed fine.

7.0Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei.
− In der Buchungsbestätigung war von einer Reinigungspauschale nicht die Rede. Bei der Bezahlung wurden dann 90 € berechnet. Somit hatte eine Übernachtung 500 € gekostet. Das war nicht fair.
Jobb volt, mint amire számítottam. Mivel közvetlenül a csatorna felett van, annak előnyeit és hátrányait is tapasztaltuk

10.0An incredibly pleasant stay in an excellent location of Venice — the host Ilaria is very helpful. She had prepared a special brochure of things to do and also assisted us with getting a reliable water taxi back to the station :)
