Что особо хочу отметить это местоположение и вид из окна. От моста Риальто 10 минут пешком, до площади Сан Марко 20 минут пешком. В 5 минутах от квартиры остановка вапоретто. В квартире идеально чисто, все блестит от чистоты. Квартира очень ухоженная, все в отличном состоянии. Есть кухня, гостиная, комната-спальня и очень просторный санузел. Посуда в достаточном количестве. Кондиционер и интернет платные, о том, что они нужны нужно сообщить хозяину за неделю до заселения. Были тревожные моменты, связанные с выносом мусора, но на деле все оказалось не так сложно как казалось. В Венеции нет мусорных баков в городе нет, ходят сборщики мусора, звонят тебе в дверь и ты выносишь им свой мусор, происходит это в 10-10.30 утра. Вообщем, если ты хочешь почувствовать себя местным жителем, то это идеальный вариант. Залог нам вернули. Главное внимательно читать условия проживания и уважать правила.

Good location and clean apartment, but disappointing host communication

The apartment was clean and the location was convenient for exploring Venice. The directions and arrival instructions provided after payment were clear and helpful.

− Several advertised amenities came with additional charges, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning. During warmer months this may be problematic, as there are mosquitoes in Venice and the apartment’s windows did not have mosquito screens. The 5:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out times make for a relatively short stay compared to many other accommodations. Couples should also note that the apartment does not have a double bed. The biggest issue was communication with the host. Several messages came across as dismissive, confrontational, and unnecessarily rude. I have stayed in many accommodations over the years and never experienced this type of interaction. I plan to return to Venice in September, but I will be choosing different accommodations. While the apartment itself was acceptable, I would not stay with this host again and cannot recommend the hosting experience to other travelers.

Das Appartement ist gut gelegen, sehr sauber, ruhig und hat alles was man so braucht. Eine Bäckerei und eine Bar und TRATTORIA direkt im Haus.

− Dieses Appartement ist nicht das Problem, das ist gut, das große Problem hier ist der Vermieter, der ist wirklich unglaublich unfreundlich, frech und pedantisch. Andere negative Rezensionen über sein Verhalten und seine Arbeitsweise sind echt nicht übertrieben. Sobald die Reservierung bestätigt ist fängt es an, der Vermieter kommt mit extra Bedingungen und einem Vertrag, den man unterschreiben muss: € 500.- Kaution und eine ganze Liste mit 'Bussgeldern' die von der Kaution abgezogen werden (wenn man zum Beispiel eine Zeitschrift vergisst zu entsorgen = € 50.- !). Und nachdem man das Appartement verlassen hat, behält sich der Vermieter das Recht vor, die Kaution noch eine Woche fest zu halten. So etwas haben wir in unserem ganzen Touristenleben noch nicht erlebt. (In unseren Fall haben wir die Kaution allerdings nach 2Tagen schon zurück erhalten.) Wird das Wetter auf einmal sehr warm hat man Pech mit der Air condition, die muss man nämlich eine Woche zuvor 'beantragen'. Willst du doch Wifi? Eine Woche warten. Am zweiten Aufenthaltstag bekamen wir zwei lange und böse Berichte von dem Vermieter dass wir wohl Müll vor der Eingangstür auf die Strasse gestellt hatten und drohte uns mit € 165,- 'Bussgeld'. Wir fühlten uns hierdurch echt belästigt und gezwungen uns zu rechtfertigen, obwohl wir überhaupt keinen Abfall hatten! Nach unser Antwort auf seine Beschuldigung hat sich der Vermieter tatsächlich entschuldigt, etwas was er normalerweise wohl nicht macht, wenn man andere Rezensionen liest, er gibt lieber seinen Kunden die Schuld. Wenn er auf diese Rezension reagiert wird er wahrscheinlich dasselbe machen, dieser Mann lernt nicht von dem Feedback von seinen Kunden. Sein Verhalten ist nicht nur menschlich inakzeptabel, sondern auch im Konflikt mit den Bedingungen von Booking.
