10.0Great location near Rialto but feels residential, lots of nice bars used by locals. Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed, and great air con!

9.0Loved how it it was very central and easy to get too. Loved the welcome we got and the lady going above and beyond with information and staying late when we had delays. Loved two bathrooms so we could both get ready at once.
− The floors were very dusty and bare feet got filthy. The socket near the table we had to put their mini ironing board on didn't take the plug. Was so lucky I took a steamer with me or our clothes wouldn't have gotten wearable for a wedding we attended. The shower head in the ensuite bathroom had a big leak which soaked me the first time using. Otherwise no complaints, it was a good apartment. I would return.

9.0The spacious apartment features a dishwasher, washer, adequate kitchen with cooktop and microwave, and two bathrooms with toiletries and towels. It was down a quiet, narrow street near a gorgeous old church. The surrounding charming neighborhood has plenty of good grocery stores, an excellent pharmacy, barber and all the restaurants you could hope for. The best part is the manager, Cristina, a native Venetian who happily shares her encyclopedic knowledge of the city if you ask. It's an easy walk to St. Mark's Square, the Grand Canal and more.
− It's a little tricky to find the first time. Use Google Maps, but be prepared for it to lag. The main bed could be more comfortable.
