− Everything about this property had so much potential, and it could have been a great place to stay with basic cleanliness. Unfortunately, there was a mouse running around the property, which was shocking.I never imagined that a reputable platform like Booking.com would allow a property in such poor condition to be listed. I must have missed reading all the reviews before booking, and as a result, I spent the last 15 hours to end up quick.😣

5.0Ottima posizione centrale nel Sestriere di Cannareggio. Zona caratteristica e ricca di locali, negozi e supermecati. Tipica casa veneziana ubicata in un vicoletto per cui era molto silenziosa. Personale gentilissimo
− L'abitazione è molto carina ma igiene e pulizia non abitano in questa casa (confermo in toto quanto dichiarato da altri utenti). Il disordine e l'accumulo sono ovunque e basterebbe poco per rimettere la struttura a posto affinché si possa vivere civilmente in questa casa. Ci ho soggiornato 3 giorni ma praticamente solo per dormire (ero fuori tutto il giorno) e forse per questo riuscivo a tollerare il caos e la sporcizia. Solo la bellezza di Venezia e soprattutto l'ospitalità unica e calorosa dei Veneziani BELLA GENTE, hanno contribuito a rendere bellissimo il mio soggiorno.... in una casa da paura
de terror.

3.0Die Lage war gut. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen.
− Es hat gestunken. Die Badezimmertür fällt auseinander. Wir konnten nichts offen lassen, weil die "Terrasse " voller Ratten war, die jenen Abend am Fester gescharrt haben.
