Lovely place, great location.
10.0Very clean and had everything we needed. Good location, very walkable. Excellent value.
− It was hard to go up 4 floors with heavy suitcases. Keep that in mind if you have any mobility constraints or are carrying a heavy load.

10.0The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and really well taken care of. The location was nice and quiet, but still close enough to walk to all the main spots, great cafes, and local shops. It gave me the feeling of staying in a more authentic part of the city, away from the big crowds but still totally convenient. The proximity to Santa Elena was a big plus for running and Garibaldi street for food and shopping. The host was amazing—really friendly, quick to respond, and super easy to communicate with. They made everything smooth from the start until the end of the trip. Check-in and check-out were totally stress-free. This was the perfect home base for my Venice trip, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

8.0Great location , friendly host and her restaurant suggestions turned out to be the best in Venice . The apartament was okay , could do with some paint refreshment but overall was okay . The 4 nights in Venice turned out they were a little to much, overall 2 nights in Venice is more than suficient
