This location is close to everything and the apt is just amazing with so much charm. The hosts were very accessible and
10.0Beautiful old building with interesting architecture and the chandeliers were fabulous. It was great for our group of 8 adults.
− It is self contained so be prepared to bring essentials ( toilet paper). I do think a couple extra rolls at the house would be great for guests. They provide a small amount at check in.
Good to know
•The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services.
•In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure.
•Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted.
•Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual.
•City tax (€4.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival.
