− El baño estaba en un altillo y era bastante viejo. La información a nuestra llegada no fue buena, no sabíamos ni que apartamento nos correspondía.

9.0The apartment was very comfortable for the four of us, with two separate bedrooms that provided plenty of privacy. The team was very kind and helpful; they provided us with a map and explained the main places to visit in Venice. They also offered luggage storage while the apartment was being prepared, which was very convenient. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including an iron and ironing board. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.
− The only drawbacks were that there is no elevator, and our apartment was on the third floor, which can be challenging with heavy luggage. Additionally, the bathroom door lock was damaged, and the toilet seat hinge was loose and needed some maintenance. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hospitality and helpfulness of the team.

8.0This apartment is located at the Venice city center, close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, a vaporetto stop, and the main attractions, making the location superb. It is an old classic building, and it has the charm of the old city. Apartment is clean and has everything you need for your stay.
− You have to pick up the keys at the reception desk of the hotel who also manages these apartments. It is about 5 min walk, but the host will help you with any questions about Venice you may have. It is an old classic building, so the apartment building is a walk-in without elevator. As you are in Venice, you will have to dispose your own trash. The drop off point is quite close to the apartment, so it is not much of an inconvenience after all.

9.0It was very convenient that every room had air conditioning, and it worked well, which is not always the case.
− The windows in one of the rooms faced the street, so there was some noise on Friday and Saturday nights. However, it was still quite manageable. After all, the hotel is right in the city center, so it’s to be expected and still, it was ok.
