9.0A renovated, comfortable and clean apartment in the heart of Venice. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
− As is common in Venice, there were a few mosquitoes around, but this did not affect our experience as the host thoughtfully provided a repellent which was very helpful.

9.0Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel, sauber und in einer sehr guten Lage. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem Mr Sandy der sich dort um den Check-in gekümmert hat war sehr freundlich und sehr zuverlässig.
− Das einzige was ein wenig stört, ist dass das Apartment so gelegen ist, dass kaum Tageslicht rein kommt. Und gerade morgens, wenn die Flieger geschlossen ist, weiß man nicht wie spät es ist

10.0El apartamento está ubicado en un lugar excelente; super céntrico, al lado tiene un super, y una pizzeria super super recomendad (de take away, y te la comes en el comedor de casa). Apartamento totalmente reformado, muy moderno, comodo y limpio. no huele a humedad!!!! baño limpio, y ducha perfecta. cocina completa, y cama muy comoda! ademas, si llegas antes de hora, o sales tarde, tiene un armario con llave en el exterior del apartamento donde dejar las maletas. si tuviera que comentar algo no positivo (que no es malo) el tamaño de la TV es pequeño, pero al ir de viaje, eso no tiene nada que influenciar! ah! el aire acondicionado funcionaba espectacular!
− si tuviera que poner una pega, pero no es malo! es que tuvimos que esperar 3 min a que viniera el dueño para abrirnos, pero nada mal! y se comunicaba todo el rato con nosotros!

10.0Fantastic location 5mins from Rialto Bridge and around 10 mins to St Marks Sq. If you don’t want to eat out, full kitchen available and local grocery store 20m away. Cosy studio apartment, in a quiet area. Easy to find from the Vaporetto at S. Angelo. Well arranged welcome and access to property.
