La comodidad, la limpieza, lo muy bien equipado que estaba. Todo lo que suponias....estaba a disposición.- La ubicacion era muy buena (a menos de 5 minutos del Puente del Rialto.- Se llega facil, ya sea caminando o por vaporetto.-

− La cama (una pena porque el resto estaba excelente).- En booking no señala que son tres pisos sin ascensor con lo cual una persona con movilidad reducida no podria acceder o le seria muy complejo

Lovely and comfortable apartment

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely apartment. When we were on the train to Santa Lucia, the host sent us instructions to take the vaporetto to San Silvestro stop. The host met us at the stop and walked with us to the apartment to check us in. It was only 1 minute walk, and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs to the apartment on the 3rd floor. But Venice is a city with many bridges and stairs! The apartment is beautiful, with a wide front balcony that greets morning sun and a back terrace that catches afternoon sunlight. It is very clean, bright, airy and comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils, pots and pans, electric kettle and coffee machine, gas stoves, microwave machine. Very complete. We love the high-quality doors and windows in the apartment. They have heavy solid wood frames with large thick clear glass that has amazing sound proofing quality. If there is noise from the nearby piazza, closing the doors makes the apartment peaceful and quiet. We also like the apartment guide notes that have good information about local restaurants and things to do.

Fantastiska vieta, ērti, klusi un komforti. Izcila viesu uzņēmēja. Mājoklī viss nepieciešamais, lai skaisti pabrokastotu un pavadītu naktis. Daudz info(bukleti, grāmatas u.c. materiāli) par Venēcijā apskatāmo. Ļoti viegla komunikācija ar saimnieci. Paldies.

Die Lage ist absolut top. 5 min zur Rialto und schon ist man im Geschehen. Super zum Frühstücken aber auch Abendessen rundherum. Der Empfang war persönlich und total nett mit den wichtigsten Infos.

− Wohnung war bei Ankunft auf der kälteren Seite. Wir mussten erst die Heizung etwas auf drehen. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft für uns super. Einziges wirkliches Manko war die Dusche wo recht weniger Wasserdruck herrschte. Neben den Badetüchern wäre auch zumindest ein Handtuch wünschenswert. Gästetücher waren auch vorhanden.
