10.0This place was Awesome! A must! Centrally located, a few minutes from everything! The staff was so warm, responsive, and helpful! The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and fabulous views.
Perfect location and view
10.0The view on the rooftop balcony is phenomenal. We sat out listening to the music in the square every night. We stayed in the top floor apartment with private balcony and the door to the balcony was in the master bedroom. Note the balcony is not actually private, it’s the rooftop terrace shared with other guests but you have a door directly to it and a reserved table and chairs. Most nights, we were the only ones there though. The AC was wonderful and welcomed after our other stays did not have great working AC’s. Even in May we used it nightly. There was also a lift to the fifth floor but please note you must then take a few stairs to the actual room. Two bedrooms and actual normal adult sized beds. The shower was touch small but we really had no problems with it. Downstairs door was tricky but the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Microwave was appreciated.

10.0We were located right in the middle of everything and the views from the terrace were really incredible. The facilities were clean and very nice. The two bedrooms were both comfortable.
Stunning view, right in the centre of the main sights, comfy and spacious appartment.
8.0The property is sold on the location and it delivers - the view of the Duomo is stunning both night and day. Having a Chianti with the view in the background is why we booked.
− Everything was as I expected - perhaps some small things like extra coffee pods (I'm sure I could have asked for more if I really needed them) and hair conditioner. But it was as expected.
A Room With A View
8.0Fabulous location with a knock out view of the Duomo. Afternoon drinks on the terrace with murmuring starlings overhead were a special treat. Having a lift in the building was a bonus.
− Exclusive use of the terrace was a little misleading as the section of terrace with the view of the Duomo is a shared space. The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos. The living space in particular is quite tight - the couch is for two. No laundry facilities.
