séjour très agréable au coeur de Florence
9.0Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Florence et il est proche de la gare. Le propriétaire est très réactif pour répondre à nos demandes. L'appartement est très spacieux. Nous recommandons ce logement.
− Ce qui a pu nous gêner un peu, c'est le bruit de la rue concernant 1 chambre, par contre les 2 autres sont top pour dormir sans bruit, ,le séjour est également calme. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait appréciable ainsi qu'un micro ondes.
Bad communication and respond from the host
3.0− Over all the apartment is ok, but the communication with host is bad. In the beginning, it’s very hard to find the room key through the massage direction. The shower water is very low and even there is no hot water in 2nd day. We left a massage and a call to the person in charge but no response immediately. And then they said they will come next day. It’s our check out day. So we took showers with cold water. So terrible.
Awesome location, but attention to detail and communication was severely lacking.
5.0Location was perfect! As a last minute booking, we couldn’t have been happier with the location right in the heart of the leather markets and close to many dining options.
− The unit was dirty. We accept it is an old building, but filthy vents and stained linen are unacceptable. The advertised balcony was unusable due to its size and faced an inner courtyard which was used as an ashtray! It was also used for storage. We also didn’t appreciate the staff entering the premises when we weren’t there. Every other accommodation we have stayed in have made an appointment to collect the city tax in person, not entering the premises whilst we weren’t there and expecting the money to be left out for collection. We advised the day before of our arrival time (4pm) to find the apartment still being cleaned - finished cleaning at 5:30.

It was fine for our family of five.
7.0Location and washing machine.
− The directions to the place could have been easier along with where the keys were located. There was a coffee pot, but did not have carafe so we were unable to use it.
