9.0Eine wunderbare Wohnung, es ist (fast) alles vorhanden, was man braucht und haben möchte. In der Hitze unserer Tage (ca. 38 Grad) war die Klimaanlage ein Segen. WiFi hervorragend! Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer funktioniert sehr schnell und unkompliziert- Der Fußweg in die Innenstadt dauert nur ca. 10 Minuten bei gemütlichem Schritt,
− "Fast" .... nur unbedeutende Dinge technischer Natur - sie störten nicht unser Wohlbefinden

10.0Authentic surroundings, close to all city attractions and yet not so crowded and noisy. The cleanliness of the accommodation itself is good , but they should pay a little more attention to the bathroom and air conditioners. Overall 9 out of 10.

8.0La ubicación es muy buena para quienes necesitan estar cerca de la sede de la Facultad de Arquitectura de la universidad en donde se realizan actividades académicas con frecuencia. Los visitantes que desean estar cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero no dentro de la congestión turística, apreciarán mucho su ubicación.
− Uno de los huéspedes no la pasó bien por tener fobia a las cucarachas. Desafortunadamente, se encontraron varias en las escaleras que llevan al apartamento. Es importante fumigar para tratar de evitar este tipo de situación. Las escaleras son muy empinadas y pendientes. De esto se conoció en el momento de recibir las instrucciones para entrar. Algo así para personas mayores es sencillamente un impedimento para usar el apartamento e incluso puede ser peligroso tener un accidente.

10.0Loved there was a separate lounge from the bedroom. It was very comfortable and clean and had what you need.
− I am not saying I didn't like them but after a long day walking the stairs were a challenge. We were warned about the stairs and appreciated the heads up. Also loved the old building
