10.0Все удобства есть - стиральная машина, чайник, посуда с сервизом, телевизоры, wifi, кондиционер, вентиляторы, душевые принадлежности. Дверь открывали дистанционно, хозяин был на связи, консультировал по всяким вопросам. Очень приятно удивили террасы, их 2 штуки, отдельно хочется отметить ту, что в спальнях - окружена зеленью, есть стол и 2 стульчика, можно посидеть с напитком или позавтракать, ночью светится гирлянда с фонариками. Волшебный вид! А еще хозяин подарил купон на круассан и напиток в местную пекарню - это были лучшие круассаны в Италии, которые я когда-либо пробовала! Все ооочень понравилось, если будем во Флоренции, обязательно вернемся!

Authentic quiet apartment in a good place!
10.0Cozy apartment with such a lovely terrace! Very quiet place still very near the city center. Alessandro is very helpful and nice! His invitation to have a coffee and croissant in a nearby cafe was a nice touch. The place is for those who seek authentic apartment not the modern one.

8.0the Vikey checking in is new and no worry about losing key, that's pretty cool.
− The issue with Vikey is that my cell phone signal is pretty weak at the apartment door and I had to rely on someone else in my group with a better signal to open the door.

− Μπάνιο ,ντουζιέρα λίγο ξεχαρβαλωμένη η πόρτα και δεν μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι δεν είχαμε που να αφήσουμε τη βαλίτσα μας μετά το check out για λίγες ώρες και αναγκαστήκαμε να πληρώσουμε πολλά χρήματα σε φύλαξη
