3.0Stosunkowo blisko centrum. Balkon z widokiem na ogród, mały, ale przynajmniej był.
− Apartament słabo wyposażony, po rozłożeniu sofy, nie było gdzie usiąść. Wybrakowane i brudne naczynia kuchenne. Słuchawka prysznicowa cała w kamieniu, nie dało się z niej w normalny sposób korzystać. Nieznośny hałas przez całą noc dobiegający z ulicy. Połamana deska sedesowa. Zniszczone i przypadkowe meble.
