Great with some minor annoyance at the management company.

The apartment is beautiful and in an awesome location.

− The management company had poor communication - not the apartment owner's fault but still annoying. Before we arrived they sent several messages with links to experiences we could purchase, but nothing about check-in. The listing said someone would meet us at the apartment for check in. This was not the case - we waited outside the unit for 15 minutes with our bags and a toddler while we waited for someone to show up, and then when I finally found the number to call, the person sounded annoyed when they answered the phone, and then instead of walking me through the simple process of ringing a specific doorbell and opening a lockbox I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to text me the instructions. When I later texted about a different issue they said they came to check on the microwave which I had never mentioned.

Large apartment

− I don't remember if it said the elevator was broken, but it was. The listing says "soundproof" but only in the rear bedroom. If you were planning on using the couch in the front room, you won't sleep unless you are deaf

A good base from which to explore Firenze and surrounding area.

The accommodation is located in the city centre, very close to all major tourist attractions. The apartment is spacious, set in an old building with high ceilings that exudes the spirit of past times, giving it a special charm. The terrace, or open space at the back of the building, offers peace and quiet away from the city noise and crowds, which are present not only in summer but also in early spring. For two evenings, we noticed some issues with the availability of hot water and the heating system, which could be related to the ongoing construction works in the immediate vicinity of the building at the time of our stay in Florence.

Posizione ottima, comodissimo. Appartamento caldo e confortevole.

Too expensive

The property is close to the centre and the train station. We booked this last minute we’re grateful they were able to accommodate us on such short notice.

− Too expensive as the property is outdated, it could use some renovation and it is so dark as well. There are not enough sockets as they are either broken or don’t work at all. Since it’s in the centre, it can get noisy at night. Property is on the first floor, and the lift doesn’t work from there. Everything is old, honestly was scary to stay there. The kitchen stuff were too old as well, it’s time to retire them.
