10.0This was the best accommodation of our entire Italy trip. First of all, the host was waiting for us at the front door when we arrived. The detailed introduction and explanations were incredibly helpful, and whenever we had a question, they responded immediately with clear instructions. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus—we were finally able to catch up on our laundry. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, cool, and beautifully maintained. Looking out the window at the charming surrounding houses made us smile every day. The location was also perfect. It was so convenient to come back and rest during the hottest part of the day before heading out again. Every member of our family agreed that this was the best place we stayed during our trip. If we ever return to Florence, we will definitely stay here again!

7.0The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The size of the rooms are also nice, each room had an ensuite which was very nice.
− The apartment appears clean however the drinking glasses and plates were not clean and there was no dishwasher! The place also didn't have a coffee machine and I feel for the amount we paid, the dishwasher and a coffee machine should have been invested. The rooms upstairs were hot, only to have the windows open to allow for breeze, but there are a lot of mosquitoes, may be one of the fly screen needs checked and when you have the windows open, there were noises from the streets. So the room temperature was not so comfortable at night. (they do have aircons in the apartment but its April, so it's not really hot yet). Overral the apartment is close to the cathedral and we were able to spend time out there exploring the city and come back and rest for a little bit before we go out again.
