9.0Es ist eine tolle Wohnung in einem schönen alten Haus. Die Lage ist hervorragend, weil es Metro und Busse sowie die nötigen Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe gibt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet.

10.0Nice and clean appartment. The location was great, 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia and metro, yet, it was pretty quiet. It is a short-term rental and you have to wait for the property manager to arrive to provide the key to the main door. The appartment has AC in the main bedroom and a number of fans in the other rooms. Overall, we would stay again. It is a great value for Barcelona.

8.0Es completo, la ubicacion es linda
− El estacionamiento como en todo barcelona es muy incomodo, 3er subsuelo y justisimo de tamaño aparte que se cobra y no es barato.... El aire acondicionado del living comedor no enfriaba nada, es caluroso y daban ventiladores para las 2 habitaciones que no tenian aire y uno lo pasabamos del comedor a la habitacion para poder respirar del calor que hizo esos días
