8.0Niewątpliwą zaleta jest położenie obiektu, tuż przy przystanku Vaporetto.
− Problematyczna może być wysokość stropu antresoli, gdzie jest sypialnia i łazienka , a także prysznic.
Good for a short city break.
8.0Great location, facilities and communication from the hosts. You can hear the boats/people passing but we really liked where the windows looked out onto the canal.
− Not a dislike just a disclaimer - the bedroom and bathroom part is lofted above the main sitting/dining area so the ceiling is much shorter. I am 160cm and could only just stand up. By no means a negative of the property, we liked how it made the sleeping area more snug! Just to keep in mind for those above 5’3.

3.0Az elhelyezkedés és a tisztaság.
− A hálószoba és a fürdőszoba belmagassága körülbelül 160 cm ami nagyon kényelmetlen volt az én 187centis magasságommal. Ez nem volt a hirdetésbe megjelölve sehol. + Zuhanyzás után a WC használata csak csónakkal közelíthető meg, mert nincs zuhanykabin és minden csupa víz! Az ágy olcsó és gyenge minőség. Háromszor leszakadt alattam.

10.0Superb location. 1 min walk to Ferry station (including ferry stop to n from airport). Accommodation spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Loved my stay here.

Un esperienza da dimenticare
1.0NIENTE!!
− Tutto!! Non siamo neanche arrivati nella struttura. Abbiamo chiamato la struttura dal treno in arrivo a Venezia per chiedere informazione per lasciare il nostro bagaglio e eventualmente prendere le chiavi della struttura. Ha risposto il Sig. Luca, dicendo che la nostra prenotazione e stata annullata, in poche parole noi siamo rimasti senza un alloggio regolarmente prenotato a febbraio pagato per intero a marzo. Ok, booking ci ha trovato un altro struttura.....ma ci siamo trovati nel girovagare per la città senza avere la certezza di avere un alloggio per la serata. Inoltre abbiamo dovuto sostenere il pagamento dell'intero importo alla struttura sostitutiva, spesa che ad inizio viaggio non era assolutamente prevista. In poche parole questo signore ci ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno. Sconsigliamo vivamente questa struttura per la scarsa professionalità e serietà del responsabile.
