8.0The apartment is cosy and has an artistic vibe. I felt like a local while living there ❤️ It's clean, comfortable and has everything needed for the short stay. Beds are comfortable, air-conditioning works well, which is very important especially during the hot summer. Location is great, very close to main tourist attractions, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Very easy to reach from the S.Lucia train station and from the bus station at Piazzle Roma, just follow the main road. Gianfranco is very attentive to details, he even provides mosquito plugs and coffee ☕ He is super nice host and helpful in any situations.

8.0The view was amazing, we liked the location, close to everything. The AC was working excellent. Nice with tea and coffee and I liked the communication with the owner.
− The stairs took some energy, hard to do something about though. The bathroom was a bit too small for a 2 meter person and the noice from the pump was a bit annoying when someone used the toilet in the middle of the night.

8.0Posizione , letti e cuscini comodo , in cucina c’era tutto il necessario, pure il caffè offerto , la vista sui tetti di Venezia L’host è stato gentilissimo, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in casa visto che partivamo nel pomeriggio, per nostra fortuna non c’erano altri ospiti in arrivo
− I quattro piani di scale da fare a piedi , non avevamo solo uno zainetto , quindi non è stato così scomodo Forse il bagno andrebbe un po’ rinnovato

8.0Cool atmosphere- top floor of an apartment building. Exposed beams, pretty view of rooftops and a bell tower. Beds were comfortable. Pullout bed was notably creaky. Bathroom was clean and in good shape. Neighborhood was nice. Nice vibe, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Little bit of a walk to the main tourist attractions but isn’t walking around and wandering through the city, the best part of Venice?!
