6.0− This property appears to be managed by a big agency. The property has not been cleaned appropriately after every check outs. Hence there was lot of accumulated dust in all corners and dirty, sticky floors. The door lock seem to be tricky and so really had trouble getting into property. However, the customer support lady helped us. After the booking when the confirmation email was sent, there a section which showed property address. This is incorrect one and as we followed this address we were really lost in Venice and the holiday mood was completely lost. The management should either delete this section or provide the correct details. Hope this does not happen to any other customers.
While the basic facilities were there, the property was uncomfortable due to multiple areas of neglected caretaking.
5.0Felt a little bit out of the way at night but ultimately happy with the location. Beds were comfortable. Adequate kitchen facilities.
− The bathrooms stunk. Lots of mould. No laundry detergent. Lots of mosquitos and the windows were broken and would open in the night and let them in. Air conditioner was broken. And we had issues with check in.

− Соседка сверху не позволяла отдохнуть в полной мере. Диван-кровать немного неудобна. Было трудно привыкнуть. Но это не большая проблема по сравнению с соседкой сверху
